Connie is co-owner of Pinnacle Lending, as well as its Administrator. She has extensive experience in Accounting and Human Resource Management, which makes her partnering with her husband, Dan, a perfect combination for success.
Connie’s credentials include an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Hunter College in New York, and a Property and Casualty License, as well as a Life and Health License, from the California Department of Insurance. She also maintains a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.

Matt Almaguer, a Santa Maria native, has been with Pinnacle Lending since its inception. Matt is Pinnacle’s Processor…an integral part of our success in the lending arena.
Matt’s credentials include an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from Allan Hancock College, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Matt has been in mortgage lending for five years. His innate ability to understand the many and varied lending programs, and how they apply to our clients, makes Matt a vital member of the Pinnacle Team.

Her diverse career has moved from Restaurant Management to Corporate Purchasing for Fidelity National Financial (parent company of Chicago and Fidelity Title), as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, and now a Real Estate Lender with Integrity on the Central Coast! Scott Benedict is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the State of California. He graduated from San Jose State with a BA in Accounting, owned and operated his own CPA practice doing corporate and partnership tax returns, and was Controller for a Bay Area Real Estate firm. He has worked in the retail and wholesale lending arenas for the last four years.
“With all the combined experience in business and lending, I feel as though I can structure a deal and negotiate with lenders to ensure the best results for my clients”.
Scott grew up in the Bay Area, but moved his family to San Luis County in 2002. Scott and his wife, Kim, have two children: a son, Jordan, and a daughter, Savannah. The Benedict family love life on the Central Coast of California, and call Paso Robles their home.
Scott served as an Air Traffic Controller for the military during the last years of the Vietnam War, and continues his interest in the science of flight to this day.

I came from an Army family, born in Giessen, Germany (formally West Germany) my father was career Army. Being an “Army Brat” and Army family, we lived throughout the United States and Europe. I enjoyed the experience of many cultures and environments.
My family became acquainted with the Central Coast while my father was stationed at Camp Roberts, CA and their love for this area was what attracted them back here upon his retirement from the US Army in 1968.
I graduated from Santa Maria High School in 1969 and attended Allan Hancock College until I joined the US Army in 1971. Honorable Discharged in 1975, and with my wife Donna, whom I meet at Allan Hancock College, and with our daughter Julie, returned to Santa Maria to raise our family which grew with two more additions, Marlene and Elizabeth.
After my separation from the service I was employed with Sears Roebuck and Co., as Salesperson in Home Appliances and Sales Manager of various departments at the same time continuing my education, graduating from the University of La Verne with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
In 1992 I studied for and received my Real Estate license where upon I left Sears and began my Real Estate Career with ERA Hunter Real Estate, shortly thereafter I was offered and accepted a position with ARCS Mortgage as a Home Loan Consultant and now with Pinnacle Lending serving the Central Coast of California.
Pinnacle Lending offers a full menu of the many home lending programs that we need for the Central Coast: VA, FHA, CalPERS, CalSTRS, Manufacturing Housing to name a few.
